Due to limitations in the Windows Command Processor, some paths may contain characters that are not supported in the default CMD code page.

To fix this, I've added a launcher that launches the program with a given code page in order to get around the issue. There are some pre-set code pages you may try.

If you have no luck with the pre-set code pages you can take a look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_page#Noteworthy_code_pages

Code pages consists of numbers only. If you put an invalid code page number, the command processor will assume the default code page.

Once you've successfully managed to install the program successfully, the program will automatically save the code page you chose, so you can start the program normally without having to use the launcher.
